ARIsg facilitates the storage of documents associated to an AER with the help of Documentum option available in the Full Data Entry pages. The Document Management Option (DMO), SharePoint, and Livelink in ARISg allows you to store documents or files related to an AER in the ARISg, Livelink, and SharePoint databases.
In the Attached Document List dialog box, ARISg displays list of cases in a tabular format with the information on the version of the document, created Local Receipt date Document format and so on. You have options to Add, Update, View, and Delete documents associated with a Case. In QBE and Workflow, a Document icon indicates that the case consists of an attached document.
When you import a case that is already distributed from the database, the documents attached with that case are not imported. In QBE and Workflow, the Document icon displayed, simply indicates that the imported case consisted of a document, but not applicable for distribution.
Note: To store the associated documents in Documentum, set the parameter 'Store Document in' to 'Documentum' available in Admin > Parameters > Configuration Parameters.
ARISg allows you to attach the document or file releated to an AER, even though the case is opened outside from the workflow.
To store the associated documents in ARISg, set the parameter 'Store Document in' to 'ARISg' available in Admin > Parameters > Configuration Parameters.
To store the associated documents in Livelink, set the parameter 'Store Document in' to 'Livelink' available in Admin > Parameters > Configuration Parameters.
To store the associated documents in SharePoint, set the parameter ‘Store Document in’ to ‘SharePoint’ available in the Admin > Parameters > Configuration Parameters.
