To generate REMS audit trail report:
In the Admin application, Click Reports to display Selection Criteria for Admin Data Audit Trail screen.
Enter From and To date.
Select the Module name from the drop down list (RI/RA Form Maintenance, Risk Assessment Form, Risk Identification Form, and Risk Management Program Maintenance)
Select operation from Operation type drop-down list.
Enter User ID. This is optional.
Click Generate.
When the case is deleted physically, the associated Risk Identification and Risk Assessment data is deleted physically and data will be audit trailed.
