ARISg allows the user to distribute cases to various authorities, partners or affiliates depending on the privileges set by the administrator.
The Administrator functions include:
Assigning privileges
Configuring the application
Maintaining the library
The User functions include:
Using the Contacts to distribute cases
Distributing cases manually as well as automatically
Performing some common distribution tasks
The application provides privilege to Add, Update, Delete, and Browse the library records.
To assign privileges for Library Operations:
Log into ARISg Admin application.
On the Security menu, select Roles & Privileges.
The Roles section page appears.
Click Create New.
The Roles & Privileges Maintenance page appears.
On the Roles & Privileges Maintenance page, click Library tab.
Assign the required privilege for performing different operations related to Distribution/Submission maintenance page.
Click Save.
The Admin Audit Trail page appears.
Enter the Reason Description.
Click OK to assign the required privileges to performing different operations related to Distribution/Submission maintenance.
The message Saved Successfully appears.
