When Single sign-on (SSO) is enabled, perform the following steps:
Double-click on the Internet Explorer.
In the address bar, enter the web address of your
company in the format:
https://<hostname>/<Aris context>/ssologin
Press Enter.
When above URL is invoked, the application reads the configuration
file and redirected to the SSO page of the Third party Federated Gateway.
Select the required Database from the drop-down list.
Select the required language from the Language drop-down list. Based on the language selection, the respective login page is displayed. English is the default language.
Click Log In.
Upon successful login, the SSO page redirects to ARISg ACS URL to verify
the User Id and SAML assertion status to check the validity and authenticity
of the SAML Response.
If the logged in user is not available in the selected database, then the application displays the following message:
"User does not exists in selected Database! please select another database.”
Select the
required database and click Login.
Now ARISg application verifies the following:
Whether the user exists and is valid in the selected database or not
Whether user belongs to a valid and not retired company unit
If all are verified, then the application allows you to access the ARISg application is displayed in the selected language.
Note:When a user logs on to same client URL, through a different browser or machine, the application displays the following message:
"Same user logged in another session. Do you want to continue?” with continue and cancel options.
The Cancel option in this scenario, is not applicable for SSO login.

Note:The Re-authentication for SSO Login does not support if ‘Authentication required for’ is set to ‘Critical operation only’ in Installation parameter.
