Condition Maintenance enables you to maintain condition information to avoid the difficulty of entering the conditions every time you create a contact.
When the condition is required, you associate the condition with different contacts and format types available in the Distribution list.
In the Condition Maintenance page, you perform the following operations:
Adding new conditions
Modifying existing conditions
Deleting existing conditions
Searching an existing condition based on Condition Name and Condition Description
You can reuse the existing conditions to define a complex condition using Advanced Condition Builder. In the ARISg application, you can use these conditions for all the modules, if required.
You can define a rule by using any of the following options:
Condition: Enables you to define a condition using the pre-defined options available in the condition panel.
QBE/AQE : Enables you define a condition using the QBE/AQE. On selecting QBE/AQE, displays the QBE screen to build the query.
Stored function: ARISg allows you to use a stored function to define the condition. On selecting the stored function option, the options available in the condition panel are disabled.
Advanced Condition: ARISg allows you to use a Advanced Condition Builder to define the complex condition. On selecting the Advanced Condition option, the QBE/AQE and Stored function options are disabled. The Edit option is enabled to display Condition Builder screen.
These conditions are used in Distribution List Module, RRM reports (Reporting Timelines and RRM Line Listing) and for distribution of AER from workflow.
Note: While generating the RRM reports (Reporting Timelines and RRM Line Listing), ARISg takes into consideration, the conditions as specified in the distribution/Submission list module. The 'Reporting Timelines' report can be generated for all reports, including 'Custom' reports. Refer to the 'Reporting Timelines' report guide for more details.
