During assessment, a medical reviewer analyzes the root cause of the reported event and updates the information in the Sender Diagnosis page.
In the Sender Diagnosis window, you do the following:
Click the icon.
Click Sender Diagnosis from the short-cut menu.
Enter the Low level and Preferred terms.
Identify the mismatch between the Case SOC and the Primary SOC by clicking the corresponding links.
View the MedDRA terms from both the dictionaries (MedDRA/Japanese as well as MedDRA/English) at the same time by clicking the MedDRA - Japanese link.
NOTE: Multiple records are supported for Sender's Diagnosis.

Special Search Category levels include the LLT and PT.

Click the following links at the top of the page:
Distribution: For distributing the cases to different authorities.
Communication: To enter Communications for a saved case, click the Communications link.
Documents: To store documents in ARISg.
You can view the Synonym list IView from the Full Data Entry - Event and Assessment pages by clicking the Synonym List link.
