Saving Reports

In this section, you learn to save single case reports generated in ARISg into the database.

To save the single case reports:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and select Preferences.

2. Click the Reports tab and select the checkbox Print final report by default in the Reports tab page.

3. Click Save to save your settings in the database.
   The text "Saved successfully” appears at the bottom of the page.

4. Click the Reports menu and select the report you want to generate.  For example, if you choose "AER data” for report generation, then the following update message appears.
   "Generating AER data report. Please wait...”
   After you generate the report, the following confirmation message appears.
   "Do you want to save the generated report in DMO?”

5. Click Yes to save the report in the database.
   OR

6. Click No to close the report without saving in the database.
