Deleting Cases form Cases Awaiting Acknowledgement Section

On the Case Awaiting Acknowledgements page, you can delete the exported cases that never received an acknowledgment.

To delete the cases from the Case Awaiting Acknowledgements page, you must have Delete operation privilege (ARISg Admin > Security > Roles & Privileges Maintenance page > ESM tab > Delete check box) assigned to your user role.

To delete the cases:

  1. On the Cases Awaiting Acknowledgments page, click the E2B (R2), E2B (R3), eMDR (R2), eVAER(R3) or MIR tab and select the check box corresponding to the exported cases that you want to delete.

  2. Click .

    The Confirm Delete page appears

Note: User re-authentication is required for the delete operation if the Re-authenticate for Delete check box is selected on the ESM Admin > Setup > General tab.

  1. Select the Reason Code For Deletion.

  2. In the Reason for deletion text box, enter the reason for deletion.
    To delete a Case it is mandatory to choose a Reason Code for Deletion or enter a Reason for Deletion. If either of them is not entered then an error message is displayed.

    The “Successfully 'deleted' selected ICSR(s).” message is displayed with the Details link.

  3. Click the Details link to view the details of the cases that are deleted from the Cases Awaiting Acknowledgements section.

    The cases deleted from the Cases Awaiting Acknowledgements section are moved to the Deleted Cases Section > Deleted Cases from Cases Awaiting Ack Section page.
