Deleting a case

On the Export Section page, you can delete a case (for example, cases for which attachment is partially processed or not processed due to error) that you do not want to export.

To delete a case:

  1. On the Export Section page > E2B (R2), E2B (R3), eMDR (R2), eVAER(R3) or MIR tab, select a case that you want to delete.

  1. Click .
    The Reason to delete page appears

Note: If the Re-authenticate for Delete parameter is selected in the ESM Admin > Setup > General tab for delete operations then application prompts for user re-authentication.

Export - Delete case record

  1. Select the Reason Code for Deletion drop down .

  2. Enter the reason for deletion in the Reason for deletion text box.
    To delete a Case it is mandatory to choose a Reason Code for Deletion or enter a Reason for Deletion. If either of them is not entered then an error message is displayed.

    Enter the details and Click OK to delete or click Cancel to go back.
    The “Successfully 'deleted' selected ICSR(s).” message is displayed with the Details link.

    Click the Details link to view the details of the cases that are deleted.

  3. Click OK.
    The selected case is deleted from the Export Section.

Note: Cases deleted from the Export Section are moved to the Deleted Cases from Export Section page.
