Exporting a case from the ESM sends the case to the trading partner in a signed and encrypted format, irrespective of the trading partner being a regulatory authority or a business partner.
Note: You must have access privilege for the Export View and Export operation to export the cases to a regulatory authority or a business partner. The access privilege for viewing the export section and for export operation is set in the ARISg Admin (ARISg Admin > Security menu > Roles & Privileges > ESM tab > Screen Privileges section or Operation Privileges section). For more information on setting the ESM roles and privileges, refer the ARISg Administrator's guide.
After the ICSR or eMDR file is reviewed, you can export the case to the recipient or authorities.
To export a case:
In the ARISg menu,
click ESM > E2B Export section > Export Section.
The Export Section page appears.
Export case
Click the E2B (R2), E2B (R3), eMDR (R2), eVAER(R3) or MIR tab to export the AER cases in the respective formats.
You can group cases together and export them in a single message if the recipient is same for all the cases within the group.
Note:
While exporting multiple eMDRs from the eMDR (R2) tab, the application
allows you to export the AER cases with same Central File Number (CFN).
Make sure the DTD version, Sender and Receiver, and the message type are
similar while exporting multiple cases. Else, the message, "There
is a mismatch of either the DTD version or Sender Institution or Receiver
Institution or Message Type in the selected rows" appears.
Select the check
box corresponding to a case that you want to export and then click
.
If the Re-authenticate for Export check box is selected on the ESM Admin > Setup > General tab for export operations then application prompts for the user re-authentication.
The User Authentication pop-up window appears.
In the Password field, enter the password for re-authentication and then click OK.
The case is exported to the intended recipient.
Depending on the export delay set (in hours) for the attachments in Attachment Export Delay – Hours parameter (ESM Admin > Setup > General tab), exporting of case attachment to the partners or authorities is delayed after delivering the case (ICSR file).
Note:
If the Do not report name check
box (ARISg > Forms
> Person tab > Reporter
tab) is selected then instead of exporting primary reporter information,
the “PRIVACY” literal is displayed for the primary reporter information
in the exported cases.
If the automation rule is set up for the export operations on the ARISg Admin
> ESM menu > Setup
> Automation tab then the exported
case is archived automatically.
While exporting a case, if the excess data is truncated then an alert e-mail is sent to the alert e-mail address specified on the Alerts and Notifications page (ARISg administration > ESM menu > Alert configuration).
