You can generate the reports for audit trail information based on the System Message Number, Message Number Between specific date range, Audit Trail between Dates, AER Number, Operation Type and User ID criteria.
To generate Audit Trail reports:
In the ARISg use menu bar, click ESM menu > Reports section > Audit Trail.
The Reports: Audit Trail page appears.
Refer the following field description table to enter or select the values on the Reports: Audit Trail page to generated the report.

In the From field, enter the case message number from which you want generate the report. Audit Trail Between |
In the From Date field, select the date from which you want generate the report. In the To Date field, select the date up to which you want generate the report If date range is entered, then all the AER cases that are audit trailed between the specified date range are considered for the report generation. |
AER Number |
Enter the AER number of the case for which you want to generate the audit trail report. In this field, you can use the percentile (%) as the wildcard character before or after the partial AER number. For example, %AS or AS%. The audit trail report is generated for the cases whose AER number begins with "AS" or the AER numbers that contain "AS". |
Operation Type |
Select the type of operation carried out on the case. The report is generated based on the selected operation. The available options are:

User ID |
Enter the unique identification of the agXchange ESM user. If a User ID is entered, only the cases that are changed by the specified user are considered for report generation. |
Format Type |
Under this section, you can select the report format types for which you want to generate the audit trail report. The available options are:

Click Generate.
The audit trail report is generated.
Use the vertical and horizontal scroll bars to view the entire report. Pagination is provided with the First, Previous, Next and Last buttons.
Click (available on the top-left
corner of the page) to view the html version of the report.
To print the report,
click .
To generate the
report in MS Excel format, click (available
in the top-right corner of the page).
The File Download dialog appears.
Click Open to view the report as a MS Excel file or click Save to save the report in a specified location in your local drive in MS Excel format.
