J Form is the format for viewing the adverse event information in the Japanese language. J form is used to report the adverse events to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), a Japanese regulatory authority.
In ESM, you can view the safety reports on the Export Section page and Cases Awaiting Acknowledgments page in J Form format.
To view the safety report in J Form view:
On the Export
Section page or Cases Awaiting Acknowledgmens
page, click 
(E2B XML View) for a safety report
to view the safety report in the E2B XML view.
In the E2B XML view, click JItem to view the safety report in the Japanese XML file format.
In the JItem file view, click JForm to view the safety report in the J Form view.
