Sending Acknowledgements

On the Acknowledgment Details page, you can send the acknowledgements through e-mail for the cases that are transmitted or received successfully.

To send the acknowledgement:

  1. On the Acknowledgment Details page, click the Send Mail button.

The Send Acknowledgment page appears.

  1. Enter the sender e-mail address in the From field and enter recipient e-mail address in the To field.

  1. Enter a suitable description for the acknowledgement in the Subject field and enter acknowledgement message in the Message text box.

  2. Click Send.

The acknowledgement is sent to the intended recipient.

Note: e-mail server detail is entered on the ARISg Admin ESM > Setup > ESM Configuration tab.
