You can view the error message for each case listed on the Error Section - Distributed cases page.
To view the error message:
On the Error
Section - Distributed cases page >
E2B (R2), E2B
(R3), eMDR (R2),
eVAER (R3) or MIR
tab, click for the
case view the error details.
The Error Details page appears.
Viewing Error Messages
On the Error Details page, you can view the error code and error description for a case.
To return to the Error Section - Distributed cases page, click Close.
On the Error Section - Distributed cases page, after viewing the error details of the cases, you can delete the cases.
To delete the cases:
On the Error Section - Distributed
cases page, > E2B (R2),
E2B
(R3),
eMDR (R2), eVAER (R3) or MIR
tab,
select the case that you want to delete and then click
to delete selected cases.
The deleted cases are moved to the Deleted Cases section in ESM.
