Viewing MDN Messages

In agXchange ESM, when an ICSR or eMDR file is transmitted successfully through the ESTRI Gateway, a Message Disposition Notification (MDN) message is generated to indicate that the case is sent to the recipient (exported case) or received from the sender (applicable only for import cases in E2B (R2) format).

In the application, you can view the MDN message for the cases on the following pages:

• Cases Awaiting Acknowledgement page

• Acknowledgements received for Exported ICSRs page

• Archived Cases: Export Section page

• Reports - Transaction page for export transactions

• Import Section page

• Acknowledgement generated for Received ICSRs page

• Archived Cases - Import Section page

• Reports - Transaction page for import transactions

To view the MDN message:

1. Navigate to the pages listed above.

In the ICSR MDN field, you can view the date on which MDN message is generated for a case.

2. Click the MDN date link.

The MDN Message window appears.

If Cyclone Server 4.1 is used, 'MDN RECEIVED', is displayed as the MDN message header. If Cyclone Server 4.2 is used, then the message header can be any of the following:

1. • MDN Valid

   • Resend Limit reached 2

   • Not Requested

   • MDN Authentication failed

   • MDN Decryption failed

   • MDN Failed

   • MDN Generic

   • MDN Invalid

   • MDN Invalid MIC

   • MDN Unknown

   • MDN RECEIVED

   • MDN SENT
