The Reply to lookup in the New Correspondence screen helps you to add Email IDs of one or more groups or persons to the Reply to field in the New Correspondence screen.
The application allows you to manually enter one or more company unit codes separated by a semicolon. Once you tab out of the field, the application automatically displays the corresponding email addresses of all the company units entered.
When the Reply To check box is selected in the Admin > Setup >Communication Configuration screen, the application displays the logged-in user associated with the Company Unit in the Reply to field by default.
If Reply to check box is selected and you have not entered the value in the Reply to field, the application displays the validation message stating: “Reply to Email ID is required”.

Additionally, the application allows you to select the company unit or email address values from the Reply to Look up as well as shown below. The Reply to Lookup page displays all available group(s) along with company units and email addresses that are created in the ARISg Company Unit library.
To search for Group ID and corresponding Email ID
You can search for a group based on the Group ID and/or Group Name. Based on the search criteria, the application displays the search results. The application allows you to select the group(s) from different pages in the Group data list section and then click Add selected.
The selected groups are displayed in the Selected Groups section. Select the required group and then click Done. The selected Group ID and respective email addresses are displayed in the Reply to field.
