Detailed Audit Trail Report Selection

The Detailed Audit Trail Report prints all data stored in the audit trail, including the textual names of the fields, reasons for change and other information.

Select Reports > Administration > Detailed Audit Trail from the menu bar to invoke the Detail Audit Trial Report Selection Criteria page.

Enter the selection criteria and select the Generate button to generate the report.

Field	Description
AER no.: From To	If an AER number range is entered, all the AERs that fall in this range are considered. If only one AER number is entered, only that AER number is considered.
Version no. From To	The version number is entered in this field. Specify both AER numbers "From” and "To” to consider a range of version numbers. The field recognizes only integer numbers and/or wild card characters. And the highest value acceptable is 999.
Date: From To	If a date range is entered, all AERs that have been updated during this period are considered. This includes all types of changes (AER addition, deletion, updates, etc.).
Operation type	To limit the report to print only this type of change, 'operation type' is specified. Operation Type can be specified from a drop-down list box that includes: New AER Update AER Marked as deleted Deleted physically Add follow-up AER Copy AER Undeleted AER Rename AER If entered, this selection will limit the report to print only this type of change.
User id	If a User name is entered, only the changes made by this user are considered.
Print company Title	To print the company title on each page, select 'Yes'.
Print Reason at Field Level	This parameter controls the printing of reason at field level. Possible values: Yes No
Data	This parameter controls the printing of privacy information in the report: Possible values are: Public: When you choose Public, you will be able to view the data printed in the reports. This is applicable for only those who have access to view private data. For Unprivileged users, a label "privacy” is printed to indicate private fields in the report. Even if an unprivileged user selects the Public option, the private fields in the report will not be available for viewing. Private: When you chose private, you find the label "Privacy” printed in the reports, regardless of the user privileges. By default this check box is selected.
