Symptom

ARISg window closes immediately after the login.

Solution

Disable the Pop-up Blocker in the browser.

Follow the steps

• Select the Turn off Pop-up Blocker option (applicable for all the websites).

• Add the ARISg URL to the list of websites for which Pop-up is allowed.

Recommendation:

Use the 'Close/Cancel' buttons in the dialog windows instead of Windows 'X' button to close the dialog windows to avoid any unexpected behavior.
