In agXchange ESM, you can view the acknowledgement details for both exported cases and imported cases.
The message acknowledgement is sent to the sender (sender organization from which ICSR file is received) indicating whether the case is successfully imported or not, after importing the case to ARISg database.
If the case is imported successfully into ARISg database, then the Message and Report Acknowledgement is generated.
If any errors are encountered during importing the case, then the Message and Report Acknowledgement is generated indicating the errors encountered while importing the specific ICSR.
You can generate multiple report acknowledgements for a message acknowledgement. For more information, refer the Sending Acknowledgements section.
On the Acknowledgements generated for

(R2) tab, click for the message number for which
you want to view the acknowledgement details.
On the Acknowledgement Details page, you can view the details of message acknowledgement and report acknowledgements.

Received ICSRs page > E2B (R2) tab, click for the message number
for which you want to view the acknowledgement details in the XML view.
The AER acknowledgement is received from the receiver (receiver organization to which ICSR or eMDR file is exported) indicating whether the case is successfully exported to authority or business partner.
You also can generate multiple report acknowledgements for a message acknowledgement. For more information, refer the Sending Acknowledgements section.

for the AER number for which you want to view the acknowledgement details.

In the Transaction Report section, you can view acknowledgement details for both exported and imported cases.
To view acknowledgement details from Transaction Report section:
On the ARISg user ESM menu, click Reports section > Transaction Reports to open the Reports: Transaction page.
On the Reports: Transaction page, click the E2B (R2), E2B (R3), eMDR (R2) or eVAER (R3) tab.
From the Report Criteria drop-down, select Export or Import option and then click Generate to view the exported or imported transactions respectively.
Click for the AER number (for
exported transactions) or message number (for imported transactions)
to view the acknowledgement details
The Acknowledgement Details page appears. on the Acknowledgement Details page, you can view the details of message acknowledgement and report acknowledgements.
Note: You cannot send the acknowledgement on the Acknowledgement Details page (using Send Mail button) when you view the acknowledgement details in the Transaction Reports section.
